I've been wanting to buy a pressure cooker and was wondering?

This is a pressure cooker 6-rooms. I saw in my little home town hardware store. They are making a close on them and they are asking for $ 35. I've been trying to do some comparative shopping, when I go to other stores, Kmart, Wal-Mart and not even see one in any of those stores. Is this a good price? This is not a Presto. This is another brand that have not even heard of before. What do you think? Any opinions?
